Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key clients.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
Track team performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient communication and post-sales support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
1-4years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Sound knowledge of the Warangal real estate market preferred.
