Job Description

B.Tech or Diploma in

Mechanical Engineering

Automobile Engineering

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years

of relevant experience in

Sales, Marketing, or Sales Strategy

Industry background in

Heavy Earthmoving Machinery

Asphalt Plants

Concrete Batching Plants

, or related

Road & Infrastructure Machinery

Key Competencies & Skills:

Strong

industry knowledge

of road construction equipment, processes, and customer needs

Proficient in identifying and leveraging

business opportunities

Ability to

analyze market trends

, including competitor analysis and new technologies in infrastructure machinery

Familiarity with

key clients and contractors

in infrastructure and road development sectors

Customer-centric approach

with excellent relationship-building skills

Confident communicator with strong

presentation and negotiation skills

Ability to

lead business discussions

and contribute meaningfully in

strategy meetings

Hands-on experience with

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

and preparing

business proposals, reports, and MIS
