The Senior HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process to attract, select, and retain top talent across various departments. This role involves strategic planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and culture. The Senior HR Recruiter will also mentor junior recruiters and support continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
process -- from manpower planning to onboarding.
Partner with
department heads and management
to identify staffing needs.
Prepare and update
job descriptions
and job specifications.
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and agencies
.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Schedule and manage
interview rounds
, ensuring timely feedback and follow-up.
Manage
salary negotiations, offer letters, and joining formalities
.
Maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and candidate pipelines.
Ensure
compliance with company policies and labor laws
.
Conduct
reference checks
and background verification.
Support
employer branding initiatives
, campus recruitment, and job fairs.
Train and mentor junior recruiters to improve performance and hiring quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5-8 years
of experience in recruitment, with at least
2 years in a senior or lead role

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.
Proficiency with
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
and MS Office tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
