Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases or leads.
Introduce and explain the company's product clearly and persuasively.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during calls.
Record call outcomes and update CRM systems or lead sheets.
Follow up with interested prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle basic queries and objections confidently.
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred for this role.
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ChatGPT, CRM tools, etc.).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
