We are seeking a

Sales & Marketing Trainee

with excellent English communication skills to support our customer acquisition and business development efforts. We are looking for energetic MBA graduates eager to start their careers in a client-facing, revenue-driven role.

The trainee will work closely with senior sales and marketing professionals and will be trained on product positioning, customer engagement, and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and cold calls to prospective customers to introduce 9Envoy's products and services Communicate clearly and professionally with potential clients, primarily in English Understand customer requirements and identify qualified sales opportunities Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research Conduct basic market and industry research to identify potential customers Assist in preparing sales pitches, quotations, and proposals Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales team members Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions Follow up with leads to nurture prospects and support deal closure Support the execution of sales and marketing campaigns Learn to understand customer businesses and map solutions accordingly

Eligibility & Qualifications

:

MBA (Mandatory)

- Specialization in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) - Mandatory

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Good understanding of sales and marketing concepts Confidence in speaking with customers over phone and video calls Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to build a career in sales Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
