A Sales & Marketing Executive drives business growth by creating and executing strategies to boost sales, increase brand awareness, and acquire customers, involving market research, lead generation, campaign management (digital/events), client relationship building, contract negotiation, and sales target achievement, requiring strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing plans, set objectives, and analyze market/customer needs. Sales Execution: Generate leads (cold calling, networking), qualify prospects, present products, negotiate deals, and close sales. Marketing Campaigns: Design and run promotional activities, manage social media, coordinate events/exhibitions, and create content. Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, handle feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction. Market Analysis: Research competitors, identify new opportunities, and track campaign performance. Reporting: Prepare reports on sales performance and campaign effectiveness. Key Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing roles. Skills: Excellent communication (written/oral), negotiation, project management, analytical, and leadership skills. Knowledge: Understanding of marketing tactics, CRM software, and digital marketing trends. Attributes: Results-driven, organized, ability to work under pressure, and as part of a team.
