We are looking for a proactive and energetic

Sales & Marketing

to promote our

chain of Pharmacies with attached Clinics

. The role involves planning and executing marketing activities to increase customer awareness, attracts walk-ins, and boost sales of pharmacy products and clinic services. The candidate will act as a brand ambassador, reaching out to communities, apartments, and local areas to promote our pharmacy's FMCG products and medical services.

Key Responsibilities

l Promote our newly launched pharmacy and clinic branches in the assigned region. l Conduct

health camps, awareness drives, and marketing events

in residential apartments, gated communities, and corporate offices. l Drive

customer walk-ins and product sales

through innovative promotional activities. l Coordinate with marketing vendors, societies, and event partners for on-ground campaigns. l Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, apartment associations, and local communities. l Collect feedback from customers and suggest improvements to increase engagement. l Maintain a record of marketing activities, event outcomes, and lead conversions. l Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets. l Ensure effective branding and visibility through banners, pamphlets, digital promotions, etc. l Collaborate with the internal team to communicate new offers, loyalty programs, and clinic services.

Required Skills & Competencies

l Excellent communication and presentation skills. l Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. l Willingness to travel locally and conduct field marketing activities. l Strong understanding of FMCG and pharmacy product promotion. l Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns independently. l Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.

Qualifications

l Any Graduate (MBA or Diploma in Marketing preferred). l 4 to 7 years of experience in

Sales & Marketing

, preferably in

Retail, Pharmacy, FMCG, or Healthcare

sectors. l Experience in organizing

community-level events or brand activation campaigns

will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

l Number of marketing activities/camps conducted per month. l Increase in customer walk-ins and pharmacy sales. l Customer engagement and brand awareness levels. l Lead conversion from community campaigns.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
