Qualification & Skills

Any degree with Excellent verbal communication and Pronunciation skill in English & Malayalam. Active listening abilities and friendly customer interaction skills Ability to persuade customers, handle objections, and drive sales. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks. Dedication to achieving customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identifying and following up with prospective customers to generate sales leads Documenting all call details, customer interactions. Prepare Daily reports and update sales progress. Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Offering solutions, providing assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
