About the Role: The Sales & Marketing Team Lead is responsible for leading, monitoring, motivating, managing the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer acquisition goals. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, campaign execution and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to meet and exceed targets
Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans
Monitor sales performance, pipelines and forecasts
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Identify new business opportunities and customers
Marketing Leadership:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, offline & promotional)
Oversee lead generation and conversion strategies
Coordinate branding, advertising and promotional activities
Analyse campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with designers, agencies, hotels, vendors
Team Management:
Train, mentor and motivate team members
Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to ensure alignment
Strategy and Reporting
Develop monthly, quarterly and annual sales and marketing plans
Track metrics and prepare performance reports for management
Provide market insights, customer feedback and competitor analysis
Recommend improvements to processes, tools and strategies
Requirements & Qualifications:
Multilingual- Tamil & English and other languages are Add-on
Excellent Communication Skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field
Proven
5+ years
' experience in sales and marketing
Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions
Customer - oriented with strong attention to detail
Must be a vegetarian
Willingness to work in a devotional and spiritual ecosystem
Strong motivation to grow within the organization
