Job Summary:
Join our team as a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive B2B and B2C growth for Tata Chemicals' innovative invert sugar products. Achieve sales targets, build client relationships, and promote health-focused solutions in a fast-growing market.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Develop sales strategies targeting pharmacies, bakeries, sweet shops, and related industries.
Build and nurture relationships with existing and new clients.
Promote product benefits like sugar-free advantages and versatile applications.
Requirements:
1-2 years in sales/marketing, ideally in sugar-free products, food, pharma, bakery, or FMCG.
Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally (Chandigarh, Baddi, Nalagarh).
Immediate joiner preferred.
