Sales & Marketing Specialist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to maximize business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital campaigns, and property portals Conduct property tours, client meetings, and presentations Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors Work with the marketing team to run effective digital and offline campaigns Research market trends and competitor activities for strategy improvement Prepare sales reports and contribute to marketing strategies
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing (real estate preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills Office 365, Canva, Social Media Application, Lead Generation Knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, Google Ads, CRM) Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
