About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our range of high-quality laboratory instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
2. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key clients and distributors.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
5. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and events.
7. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
8. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network and represent the company.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree / Diploma Engineering/ Instrumentation / any engineering degree holder.
2. 2-5 years of proven experience in a sales or marketing role within the laboratory instrument field.
3. Strong understanding of laboratory equipment and scientific applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Willingness to travel as needed.
Package:
Salary: ₹25,000 to ?50,000 per month (depending on experience, knowledge and skills)
