Sales & Marketing (MBA Freshers) Our Client is seeking an energetic and motivated MBA Fresher - Sales & Marketing to join our LED Lighting Division. The selected candidate will support sales initiatives, assist in customer engagement, and contribute to market development for our LED lighting products.Key Responsibilities :- Support sales activities for LED lighting products across assigned markets.- Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.- Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales presentations.- Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support. - Participate in marketing campaigns, product promotions, and exhibitions when required. - Maintain customer databases, sales records, and prepare periodic sales reports. - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable LED lighting solutions.Skills & Competencies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles. - Willingness to learn about LED lighting products and industry trends. - Good presentation and negotiation abilities. - Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented attitude.Preferred Candidate Profile - MBA Fresher specializing in Sales / Marketing. - Keen interest in sales, marketing, and business development. - Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
