Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets across assigned territories and markets. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and motivation to meet and exceed sales goals. Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, generating leads, and establishing strong relationships with prospective clients. Manage existing accounts through proactive account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities. Conduct B2B sales activities, including cold calling, product demos, and negotiations to close deals effectively. Oversee territory management, ensuring optimal coverage and resource allocation to maximize sales potential. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports for strategic planning. Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote products and services, including digital campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events. Engage in technical sales by demonstrating product features, providing solutions-based consultations, and supporting customer inquiries. Lead lead generation efforts through targeted outreach, networking, and leveraging industry contacts. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Foster excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and maintaining professional relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction. Manage sales pipelines and forecast future sales performance to inform strategic decisions.

Experience



Proven experience in outside sales, business development, and account management within a B2B environment. Demonstrated success in managing sales territories and executing territory sales strategies. Strong background in marketing, with a focus on technology or industrial sales. Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to manage customer data and sales processes. Skilled in technical sales, product demonstrations, and upselling techniques. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to analyze sales data, develop insights, and implement action plans. Prior management experience leading sales teams and driving performance. Familiarity with retail sales, inside sales, and cold calling strategies is a plus. A proactive, energetic approach with a passion for exceeding targets and fostering client relationships.
