The Sales, Marketing & Reservation Executive is responsible for promoting the resort, handling guest reservations efficiently, and supporting sales and marketing activities to increase occupancy and revenue. The role involves direct interaction with guests, travel agents, and online platforms while ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth reservation operations.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Marketing
Promote the resort through online and offline channels to drive bookings and brand awareness.
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials.
Maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
Coordinate with management to plan seasonal offers, packages, and promotional events.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest improvements.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, booking forecasts, and marketing performance data.
Reservations & Guest Handling
Manage room reservations through phone, email, website, and OTA platforms.
Maintain accurate room availability and rate information.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide detailed information about rooms, packages, and resort services.
Process payments, confirmations, and guest correspondence efficiently.
Coordinate with front office and housekeeping to ensure smooth guest check-ins and special requests.
Handle cancellations, modifications, and group bookings professionally.
Customer Relations
Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat bookings.
Collect guest feedback and share insights with the management team to improve services.
Assist in managing online reviews and reputation on Google, TripAdvisor, and OTA sites.
