. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and ensuring strong brand visibility through effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, real estate sales expertise, and the ability to manage teams and campaigns end-to-end.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership
Develop and implement monthly and quarterly sales strategies to achieve area and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team (Sales Manager, Executives, and CRM).
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle -- from lead generation to site visits, bookings, and registration.
Coordinate with banks for home loan tie-ups and ensure timely disbursement of buyer loans.
Marketing & Branding
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, outdoor, and on-ground).
Work with the digital marketing team to design social media campaigns, paid ad strategies, and lead generation funnels.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, creatives, and videos to maintain brand consistency.
Organize property launches, site visits, and promotional events to increase project visibility.
Market Research & Strategy
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to track trends and buyer preferences.
Recommend effective pricing strategies, offers, and sales schemes.
Identify potential micro-markets and opportunities for business expansion.
Team Management
Train and motivate sales staff in product knowledge, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Ensure effective use of CRM tools for lead tracking and pipeline management.
Collaborate with Admin, Legal, and Design teams to ensure smooth operations and document readiness.
Reporting & Analytics
Maintain real-time dashboards for sales performance, lead conversion, and marketing ROI.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly MIS reports to management.
Use data insights to suggest strategic improvements in sales and marketing processes.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proven track record in achieving real estate sales targets (preferably in plotted developments or residential layouts).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to plan and execute both sales and marketing strategies effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and marketing analytics.
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Real Estate Management.
10-20 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, including at least 10 years in a leadership role.
Experience in
real estate plotted development or residential project sales
is mandatory.
Fluency in
English and Tamil
is essential.
