Role Summary
:
As a Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist, your role will encompass a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at optimising both marketing and sales efforts. You will play a key role in supporting the development, design, and management of sales and marketing collateral, as well as assisting through actionable intelligence. You will work closely with both marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless collaboration, effective lead management, and improved conversion rates. Your focus will also include data integrity, performance tracking, and the implementation of processes that increase efficiency and streamline sales and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
:
Marketing / Sales Collateral
Providing collateral assistance, including design, refinements, and adjustments.
Ensure the design and content reflect a deep understanding of UK, US, and other regional preferences to enhance clarity and audience relevance. This includes incorporating language nuances, spelling variations, and cultural context where applicable.

Marketing Operations
Technology & Automation:
Assist in implementing and optimising marketing automation processes such as workflows, lead nurturing cadence, lead scoring, email campaigns, and customised CRM objects.
Data & Analytics:
Assist in tracking and analysing key marketing performance metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and progression through the sales funnel (MQLs, SQLs, introductory meetings).
Manage data integrity and accuracy.
Oversee Google Analytics to help us track traffic, visitor engagement, conversions, demographics, and user behaviour.
Marketing Process Optimisation:
Assist in standardising marketing workflows, planners, and procedures to drive efficiency and consistency.
Assist in seamless collaboration between marketing and sales teams.
Assist in website conversion rate optimisation for sales qualified inbound lead generation.
Lead Management & Pipeline Support:
Assist sales team with lead scoring, segmented follow-ups, and playbooks to improve effectiveness / conversions.
Assist sales team with data collection for outbound campaigns.
3. Sales Operations
Sales Enablement:
Assist in developing and maintaining training materials, sales playbooks, and guidelines to improve team effectiveness.
Support sales team in structured planning and execution of campaigns, events, and webinars for consistent lead generation.
Support finance with pricing, contracts, etc., to streamline invoicing processes.
Ensure daily discussion of key topics in team kick-off calls. This includes meetings, marketing leads, any other pressing matter.
Assist in maintaining a centralised repository of sales and marketing collateral in SharePoint for easy access.
Ensure sales teams maintain active engagement with ongoing conversations and open deals.
Assist in gathering competitive intelligence.
Assist in social media marketing (monitoring, optimisation, etc.)
Assist in Events.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a related role in a global space.
Good experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot and designing platforms like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft tools, Marketing automation tools, and Google Analytics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with sales enablement tools and processes is a plus.
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external vendors to drive business outcomes.
