Job Responsibilities
Identify, visit, and develop potential clients to generate new business leads
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Promote company products effectively within the assigned territory
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback and share insights with management
Submit daily sales reports and regular performance updates
Conduct product sampling and live demonstrations where required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of field sales experience
(FMCG, Food Products, or Herbal/Organic sector preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented attitude
Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Basic working knowledge of
MS Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
