Responsibilities

? Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve loan product targets.

? Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships.

? Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote loan products.

? Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

? Manage customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts.

? Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to refine strategies.

? Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to management.

Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.

? Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the financial

services sector ( Field work experience)

? Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

? Strong understanding of loan products and financial services sector.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
