Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Market Development & Lead Generation



Identify new business opportunities within the ACP and facade segments. Generate leads through field visits, market surveys, networking, and participation in industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, consultants, facade contractors, and fabricators.

2. Product Promotion



Promote ACP/facade products to target customers through presentations, product demos, and technical discussions. Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and propose appropriate product solutions. Ensure brand visibility through marketing campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows, and digital platforms.

3. Coordination & Support



Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into confirmed orders. Work closely with the technical and project teams to ensure timely submission of samples, mock-ups, and documentation. Provide market feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and new product trends.

4. Marketing Activities



Develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, case studies) related to ACP and facade systems. Assist in planning digital marketing strategies and social media promotions. Support the organization in improving brand presence in the facade industry.

5. Reporting & Documentation



Maintain updated databases for customers, leads, competitors, and pricing. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities and progress. Update project tracking systems and follow up on ongoing tenders and quotations.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 5-6 years of experience in ACP, facade, building materials, or construction industry (preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical product specifications. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. Willingness to travel as required for market visits and customer meetings.
