. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive growth through strong market penetration and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets across assigned territories.
Generate and grow business through
dealers, distributors, OEMs, and direct customers
in the industrial adhesive and allied industries.
Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in targeted segments.
Manage and expand existing customer relationships by providing technical support and solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Prepare and deliver business development presentations, proposals, and technical discussions with clients.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Production, Supply Chain, Technical) for seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular
MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates
to management.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry (Mandatory).
Experience:
3 to 15 years in
Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
in a similar industry (Adhesives, Hot Melt, Water-Based Adhesives, Emulsions, Laminates, Films, Tapes, Bookbinding).
Strong network with
dealers, distributors, and OEMs
in the industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Good understanding of industrial adhesive applications and customer requirements.
Key Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing ability.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Market analysis and strategic thinking.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and target-focused.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
