We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic MBA Fresher to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will assist in market research, lead generation, customer relationship management, and execution of sales & promotional activities to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and study industry trends.
Support sales presentations, proposals, and client pitches.
Generate leads through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM tools.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, logistics) for smooth execution.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis.
Support digital marketing activities such as social media, email marketing & content creation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good analytical and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office & basic understanding of CRM tools.
Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and branding.
Energetic, self-driven, and eager to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
