to lead our business development and brand positioning efforts.
Job Overview
The
Sales and Marketing Manager
will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and building the company's brand presence across India. The ideal candidate should have over
10 years of experience
in industrial product marketing and B2B sales, preferably in
construction, fabrication, or engineering sectors
.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets across regions.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
Build and manage a network of channel partners, contractors, and project companies.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analysis for management review.
Conduct field visits, site meetings, and customer presentations as needed.
Marketing & Branding
Plan and execute branding strategies to enhance market visibility and positioning.
Oversee digital and traditional marketing efforts including website, brochures, exhibitions, and social media.
Work with designers and vendors to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies.
Collaborate with leadership on product pricing, promotions, and launch strategies.
Client Relationship & Communication
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high satisfaction.
Resolve client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for service and delivery follow-ups.
Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
Team Coordination
Lead and mentor sales executives, tele-callers, or marketing support staff.
Assign targets, review performance, and guide the team for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
industrial/B2B sales
, especially in construction, scaffolding, or fabrication-related products.
Hands-on experience in
brand development, campaign planning, and execution
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
.
Proficient in
MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics
.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
MBA in Maketing (preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum
10 years of experience
in sales and marketing roles, preferably in relevant industries.
