Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Actively engage in field sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and relationship building.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments while building strong client relationships.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Manage the sales pipeline, oversee negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide business decisions.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve set targets.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2-5 years of proven experience in sales & marketing, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
