We are hiring a Marketing Manager (Field Marketing Only) for our Lucknow location. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing on-ground marketing activities such as canopy campaigns, society activations, exhibitions, and local events to generate quality leads for residential and commercial projects. The role involves managing and motivating the field marketing team, coordinating closely with the sales team to ensure proper lead conversion, and maintaining daily and weekly MIS reports. The candidate will handle local branding activities including banners, standees, hoardings, and brochures, along with vendor and event partner coordination. Market surveys, competitor analysis, and identification of new marketing opportunities will be a key part of the role. Strong communication, leadership, and target-oriented skills are essential. Only candidates with hands-on field marketing experience will be considered; sales, customer support, or non-marketing profiles are not eligible.
