Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Sales & Marketing Manager
to drive business development, build strong relationships with architects and interior designers, and execute marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong sales ability, excellent communication skills, and experience in the interiors/modular/furniture/architecture industry.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
Handle end-to-end sales for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior solutions.
Engage with architects, interior designers, and channel partners to build long-term relationships.
Follow up on leads, conduct site visits, and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
Present product offerings and customised solutions to clients.
Maintain a sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Marketing & Growth
Plan and execute marketing activities, events, and promotions.
Coordinate with the team for online/offline branding initiatives.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Client Handling & Coordination
Understand customer needs, budget, and design expectations.
Coordinate with designers, architects, and operations teams for project flow.
Maintain professional communication and ensure timely follow-ups.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA preferred.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
Ability to manage business development independently.
Experience dealing with architects, contractors, and interior designers.
Familiarity with modular kitchens, interior products, furniture, or home decor industry (mandatory).
Confident, proactive, and target-driven.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
