The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. The role involves managing a team, achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and enhancing brand visibility through innovative marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
Manage and lead the sales and marketing team to ensure target achievement.
Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) and offline promotions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product positioning and pricing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports and forecasts.
Coordinate with the production and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and profitability.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business events.
Ensure brand consistency and quality in all marketing communications.
