Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and grow the client base.
Promote the company's financial products including
Equity, Mutual Funds, SIPs, IPOs, Bonds, PMS, and Insurance.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
Identify new business opportunities through
networking, partnerships, and client referrals.
Plan and execute
digital and offline marketing campaigns
to strengthen brand visibility and lead generation.
Work closely with the
research, operations, and compliance
teams to deliver excellent client service and smooth business execution.
Analyze
market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
to identify new growth opportunities.
Build and maintain
strong relationships
with clients, channel partners, and distributors for long-term business growth.
Track and prepare regular reports on
sales performance, marketing ROI, and business pipeline progress.
