Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our leasing team. As a sales Manager - Leasing. You will be responsible for driving leasing revenue by securing clients for commercial properties. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



Develop and implement strategic plans to attract prospective clients and maximize leasing opportunities for commercial spaces.

Identify target markets and industries for leasing commercial properties based on market trends and demand analysis.

Build and maintain relationships with brokers, corporate tenants, business owners, and industry stakeholders to generate leads and referrals.

Develop leasing proposals, negotiate lease terms, and close deals with prospective tenants.

Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase commercial spaces and highlight features, amenities, and benefits.

Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to create marketing materials and promotional campaigns to attract tenants.

Conduct market research and analysis to assess rental rates, occupancy trends, and competitive landscape.

Determine pricing strategies and rental based on market conditions and property value proposition.

Monitor market dynamics and adjust leasing strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness and maximize revenue.

Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to foster tenant retention and satisfaction.

Responsible for addressing client's inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to assess needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for lease renewals or expansions.

Provide coaching, training, and guidance to leasing agents/ brokers to enhance their skills and productivity.

Educational qualification & certification:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience Requirements:



Proven experience in commercial real estate leasing, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.

Skill requirement:



Strong knowledge of commercial leasing practices, lease agreements, and legal requirements.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective leasing strategies.
