, Ameenpur. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in real estate sales, channel partner handling, and customer closing.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end Real Estate Sales & Marketing Recruit and manage Channel Partners Lead follow-ups, customer meetings, and site visits Present project details and close sales Execute marketing activities and promotions Maintain customer relationships and ensure conversions Prepare daily/weekly sales reports Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing Strong experience in Channel Partner Recruitment & Handling Proven skills in Sales Closing & Customer Handling Aggressive, dynamic, and target-driven work approach Excellent communication & presentation skills Professional body language Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
