We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing team in achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollment, developing effective marketing strategies, training the sales team, and ensuring consistent business growth in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to increase admissions and revenue.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives and counselors to enhance their performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance for skill development.
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and promotional activities to expand the institution's reach.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine strategies.
Collaborate with management to plan campaigns and promotional events.
Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to the management.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Any)
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education industry (edtech, colleges, or training institutes).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
