Key Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for
B2B agri products
.
Lead B2B business development with dealers, distributors, corporate buyers, and institutional clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
Identify new markets, channels, and business opportunities within the agriculture sector.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Plan and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and agri-related events.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reviews for management.
Coordinate with internal departments for order execution, promotions, and customer support.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing of agri products
.
Experience must be
specifically in the agriculture or agri-inputs industry
.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of agri products, B2B sales models, and distribution networks.
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi and English (mandatory)
.
Proven leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Target-driven, analytical, and result-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
