Sales and Marketing Manager for a leading construction company in Madurai

Meet clients, understand requirements, and provide technical product information.

Plan marketing campaigns, branding materials, and customer meetings.

Support the sales team in achieving monthly and yearly targets.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Convert potential leads for residential real estate projects (flats, apartments, and villas).

Handle inquiry, site visits, negotiation, and closure.

Experience:
