Requirements and skills

Sales

Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, visits, and networking. Promote and sell products/services to prospective clients. Achieve assigned sales targets within defined timelines. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales pitches. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed sales. Maintain accurate sales records and client data.

Marketing

Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns. Promote the brand across digital and offline platforms. Support creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content. Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Conduct basic market research to understand customer needs and competitor activity.

Customer Relationship Management

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support and follow-up.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Good presentation and customer-handling skills. Promote and sell products/services to prospective clients. Salary: Rs.15000/- to Rs.20000/- + Petrol allowance + Incentive (Salary is not a constrain for the right candidate)
