About the Role

First School is looking for a proactive and target-driven

Field Sales & Marketing Manager

who will take full ownership of driving

on-ground admissions

, promoting the preschool in nearby communities, and building strong local partnerships. The role is 70% field-based and 30% centre support.

Key Responsibilities1. Field Sales (Primary Role)

Conduct

field visits

to nearby apartments, gated communities, corporate offices, shops, and residential areas to generate leads. Distribute brochures, conduct door-to-door awareness, and engage with parents in target localities. Organize and participate in

stall activities

, local events, and child-related expos. Build strong relationships with potential parents to convert leads into admissions. Keep track of daily visits, lead data, and conversion reports.

2. Field Marketing & Brand Promotion

Execute

on-ground marketing campaigns

to increase brand visibility. Tie up with apartment associations, play areas, kids' stores, maternity hospitals, clinics, and daycare centres. Conduct

school awareness campaigns

in nearby communities and public spaces. Implement local advertising strategies such as banners, flyers, standees, and community boards.

3. Admission Support at Centre

Maintain lead follow-up, counselling, and admissions closing. Support the Centre Head in planning weekly/monthly marketing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 0

-3 years of field sales or field marketing experience

(preschool/education sector preferred). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Must be comfortable with

door-to-door visits

, apartment campaigns, and field-level activities. Good understanding of local markets in Madipakkam and nearby areas. Two-wheeler preferred for travel.
