Food, accomodation and travel allowance will be provided Willing to work in flexible Hours. Office hrs: 8:30- 17:30 Monthly offs: 4 offs ( weekly once) + 1 emergency leave ( if needed)

Job Role

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed. Identify new business opportunities and market trends, and develop innovative approaches to maximize sales and market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key Customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Analyze sales and marketing data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing initiatives.
