Sales & Marketing Manager

to drive our mission of promoting well-being through our spa services and product sales. This role is a key driver of business growth, focusing on both retail and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance spa service sales and business volume.

Retail & Distribution:

Expand our product reach by managing retail sales and building new distribution partnerships.

Marketing Management:

Lead all marketing efforts, including social media marketing and promotional campaigns, to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.

Operational Collaboration:

Work closely with the spa operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and a superior guest experience.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa operations, management, or a similar sales/marketing role. Strong knowledge of Ayurveda and wellness services. Proven expertise in sales, marketing, and business development. Demonstrated ability to enhance sales and business volume. Excellent marketing and promotional skills are a significant advantage.
