Sales and Marketing Manager

to manage and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through field visits, digital sources, and networking. Conduct detailed site visits and assess customer requirements Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed orders, maintain regular communication and strong relationships with customers. Coordinate with the technical/design team for quotations, designs & BOQs. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain sales records, reports, and follow-ups in a structured manner. Develop new business in

Cement, Oil & Gas and EPC

sectors Take up

industrial project inquiries, panel orders

, and coordinate

end-to-end execution

Coordinate with internal teams for technical support, order booking, and dispatch follow-up

Manage payment collection and submit periodic sales reports

Qualifications & Experience

BE/B.Tech

in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics & Communication

10-15 years

of experience in industrial or B2B sales Strong communication, negotiation, and technical understanding Proficient in

MS Office

; self-driven and target-focused Technical knowledge of electrical solutions, EPC projects, PLC automation, and low/medium voltage products Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills Experience in developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and availability for client visits
