Handle end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation to site visits, client negotiation, and closure.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for high-end residential and commercial projects.
Conduct one-on-one client meetings, explain project USPs, and provide personalized consultation.
Coordinate with CRM for post-sales documentation and client satisfaction.
Monitor sales targets, maintain monthly performance reports, and ensure targets are met or exceeded

2. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns (online & offline) for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Coordinate digital marketing efforts - including social media, Google Ads, SEO, influencer collaborations, and email campaigns.
Oversee print and outdoor advertising, including newspapers, hoardings, brochures, and radio promotions.
Organize and manage launch events, open houses, and real estate expos to enhance project visibility.
Regularly analyze marketing ROI and adapt strategies for better performance.
3. Branding & Creative Direction:
Drive the company's brand image and identity across platforms.
Work closely with designers, videographers, and agencies to create brochures, walkthrough videos, branding kits, etc.
Ensure consistent visual and messaging tone across all materials and platforms.
4. Channel Partner & Mediator Network:
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants.
Conduct regular channel partner meets, project training, and offer brokerage schemes.
Track CP performance, maintain a database, and handle commission processing.
5. Market Research & Business Intelligence:
Study market trends, competitor projects, and buyer behavior to position projects competitively.
Recommend pricing strategies, payment plans, and features based on insights.
Prepare comparative analysis of projects and identify gaps or opportunities.
6. Internal Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and marketing coordinators.
Conduct regular training sessions, review meetings, and motivate the team.
Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and CRM for smooth project flow.
7. Customer Experience & Retention:
Deliver a premium buying experience through prompt service and transparent communication.
Collect feedback and address client concerns pre- and post-sale.
Build lasting relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business

8. Reporting & Coordination:
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Coordinate with legal, CRM, project execution, and finance teams for smooth operations.
Represent the brand at various events, meetings, and networking forums.
