Role Overview
The
Marketing
Head
will serve as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing a holistic marketing vision that enhances brand equity, drives qualified leads, and elevates the company's position in the luxury real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to position the brand as a leader in the luxury real estate sector.
Spearhead brand-building initiatives across digital, print, PR, events, and experiential marketing platforms.
Lead creative direction for all marketing communications, ensuring consistency, elegance, and alignment with brand values.
Drive digital transformation -- overseeing social media, website, content, SEO, paid advertising, and CRM campaigns.
Manage strategic collaborations, influencer partnerships, and media relations to amplify brand reach.
Oversee project marketing from pre-launch to post-sales, ensuring targeted campaigns that attract high-net-worth clientele.
Conduct detailed market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team to achieve excellence in execution and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
10-15 years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a
leadership role within luxury real estate, premium hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
Proven expertise in luxury brand management, strategic marketing, and integrated campaign execution.
Deep understanding of affluent consumer behaviour and the luxury property market.
Strong command of digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design aesthetics and brand storytelling.
