Strategy and planning

: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and create marketing campaigns.

Market analysis

: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Brand awareness

: Build brand awareness through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and events.

Content creation

: Create content for marketing campaigns, such as email and social media posts.

Performance tracking

: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.
Sales duties

Lead generation

: Identify and target potential customers to generate leads.

Sales activities

: Conduct sales presentations, demonstrate products, and negotiate and close deals.

Customer relationships

: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and find opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Problem resolution

: Address customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.

Sales forecasting

: Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
