Job Overview:

As the

Sales Marketing Manager

, you will be responsible for aligning marketing strategies, and boosting lead generation efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling campaigns, optimize the sales funnel, and ensure consistent brand messaging that supports revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with revenue targets and customer needs Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on all initiatives Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends Represent the brand at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's is a plus) 7+ years of experience in a sales and/or marketing management role Proven ability to drive measurable results in both sales and lead generation Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
