Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and Managing Sales Teams:
This includes recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating a team of real estate sales agents.
  • Developing Sales Strategies:
Creating and implementing plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth within the real estate market.
  • Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:
Establishing strong connections with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the buying or selling process.
  • Negotiating Deals and Closing Sales:
Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers, and successfully closing real estate transactions.
  • Staying Updated on Market Trends:
Keeping abreast of the latest real estate market trends, competitor activities, and legal regulations.
  • Monitoring Sales Performance:
Tracking sales team performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement, and providing coaching and feedback.
  • Managing Sales Pipeline:
Overseeing the progress of sales leads through the sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of potential clients.
  • Reporting on Sales Activity:
Generating regular sales reports for upper management, detailing progress, challenges, and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborating with Other Teams:
Working with marketing, legal, and other departments to support sales efforts and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry
