About the Role:
The Vital Co., a growing health supplement and superfoods brand, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand offline sales and distribution across Madhya Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow the distribution network in Madhya Pradesh
Appoint and manage distributors, stockists, and channel partners
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Build relationships with retail outlets, pharmacies, wellness stores & modern trade
Monitor primary and secondary sales
Conduct market visits, ensure visibility, and track competitor activity
Manage field executives and promoters
Coordinate with supply chain for stock planning and on-time deliveries
Implement regional sales strategies for brand expansion
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience in FMCG/Nutraceutical sales distribution
Existing network of distributors in MP preferred
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Leadership qualities and ability to work independently
Proficiency in Excel & reporting tools
