Urgent opening for Assistant Sales Manager (Mechanical)_Valve Industry Male@ Pune, Maharashtra Qualification: BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical) / MBA(Marketing)

Experience : Min.7+ yrs. experience in Sales & Marketing (Valve/ Actuator/ Technical Industrial Product Sales experience)

Salary: Depend on interview

Location: Viman-nagar ,Pune (Maharashtra) ( Sat-Sun Off )

Skill: Good Communication Skill.

Preferred Valve industry experienced.

for Manager - Sales & Marketing

Minimum 7+ years' experience with wide exposure particularly Oil & Gas industry both domestic & Export market is highly desired.

Knowledge of Application & System Engineering is added advantage.

Very Good communication skills are must.

Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Hands on experience with Vendor registration, enquiry generation to Sales Order along with Sales MIS of forecast & strategy is desired.

Support marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Collaborate on creating effective promotional materials.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their requirements.

Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.

Use insights for sales forecasting and strategy adjustments.

Work closely with sales and cross-functional teams for integrated efforts.

Mentor and support junior team members.

Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for management review.

IT skills like Websites portal handling, MS Excel, Emails, ERP, etc. is minimum.
