Identify new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, logistics, and other relevant industries.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to position services competitively.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Address and resolve client issues or disputes promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in crane rental, heavy equipment, or construction services.
Strong knowledge of crane types and their applications.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong network within the construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
