Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for connecting with prospective brokers, maintaining relationships with existing brokers, identifying new business opportunities, and generating revenue by leasing commercial office spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation and deal closure
Selling flats and office premises
Identifying pre-lease assets
Leasing commercial office spaces
Visiting brokers, corporate firms, and companies
Building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and industry professionals
Developing and executing lead-generation campaigns to attract potential buyers
