Sales & Marketing Manager

to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth by developing and managing B2B and retail client relationships, especially in

Uttar Pradesh (UP), Bihar, and Jharkhand

. Develop effective sales strategies tailored to regional market demands. Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in the target regions. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, dealers, and distributors. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends in the jewellery industry. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and service quality. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.

Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience

in sales, preferably in the

jewellery industry

. Strong understanding of the market dynamics in

UP, Bihar, and Jharkhand

. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel for business as needed.

Compensation:

CTC:

Salary will be based on experience and industry standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
