Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager with specific experience in the aluminium ingot industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, ensuring efficient procurement of raw materials, and promoting our brand in the aluminium and metal manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring monthly and annual revenue targets are met. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.

Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Metamint's products and services. Create marketing materials, campaigns, and presentations tailored to industry-specific needs. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches.

Purchasing and Procurement:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers of aluminium scrap and other raw materials. Negotiate purchase agreements and ensure timely procurement of quality materials at competitive rates. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules. Evaluate supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Client and Supplier Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and suppliers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Conduct regular follow-ups to identify new opportunities and assess ongoing needs.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare sales, marketing, and procurement reports, including forecasts and performance metrics. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). 4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and purchasing in the

aluminium ingot industry

. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, marketing strategies, and procurement practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and procurement targets. Proficiency in CRM software, marketing tools, and procurement management systems. Analytical skills to assess market trends, supplier options, and cost-saving opportunities.
