Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets.
Identify new business opportunities in the domestic and international markets, especially China.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor analysis, and global market trends.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and meetings with international clients.
Manage digital marketing activities including website updates, social media, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Ensure excellent communication with clients in Mandarin, both verbal and written.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1-4years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the minerals, chemical, or industrial sector.
Fluency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in handling international clients and export documentation is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Strong cultural awareness when dealing with Chinese clients and partners.
